Notice Regarding Subscription Plan Modifications

GasPilot POS reserves the right to modify, adjust, add, or alter subscription plans, pricing structures, features, or duration options at any time to reflect software upgrades, inflation, or enhanced operational infrastructure. However, subscribers will always be notified in advance via email, dashboard notifications, or official communication channels prior to any subscription plan modifications taking effect on subsequent billing cycles.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, subscribing to, or operating the GasPilot POS point-of-sale software (Powered by Chimeole Software), gas plant owners, station managers, and cashiers agree to be bound by this Terms of Service Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform services.

2. SaaS Account & Multi-Tenant Security

Subscribers must ensure that account owners, cashiers, and managers maintain strict confidentiality of their login credentials. All gas sales transactions, decimal KG dispenser entries, tank dip reconciliation logs, and expense records posted under your business shop ID remain strictly isolated and protected under our multi-tenant data architecture.

3. Subscription Plans, Billing & Price Adjustments

Subscription Cycles: Subscription plans are offered on flexible billing cycles (e.g. 1-Day Trial, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly access).
Plan Changes & Adjustments: GasPilot POS may update, upgrade, or modify subscription tiers or rates. In all cases, active subscribers will receive prior notice via email or dashboard notification before any price or feature changes apply to their upcoming renewal.
Payment Processing: Online card payments are securely handled by Paystack, while manual bank transfers and Super Admin activations require manual verification before access is extended.

4. Gas Plant Operations & Fraud Prevention

GasPilot POS provides tools for tracking decimal gas weight sales, dispenser pump nozzle meters, physical tank loss variances, cashier shift reconciliations, and anti-fraud WhatsApp QR code receipts. Account owners remain responsible for verifying their physical gas plant meter calibrations and stock levels.

5. Data Privacy & Service Uptime

We deploy industry-standard encryption and automated daily database backups to guarantee continuous uptime and data protection. We do not sell or share subscriber sales data with third parties.
